​Emily is a Customer Experience Manager. Her responsibilities include providing an exceptional customer experience through every interaction, scheduling new homeowners, and assisting with various administrative tasks. She graduated with a Bachelors in Communication-Emerging Technology from Slippery Rock University. She enjoys working at Resnick Roofing & Contracting for the sense of belonging to a team and tackling new challenges. In her free time, she trains and competes as a professional bodybuilder in the IFBB. She also enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and playing with her dog.​
