DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Post, verify, and allocate all financial transactions into Dext and Quickbooks
• Reconcile entries to balance all subsidiary accounts
• Maintain a balanced ledger on all accounts
• Maintain and manage chart of accounts
• Prepare all requested financial reports
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local legal requirements
• Monitor for variance for projected budget
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Assist in financial activities
• Process incoming customer payments
• Import bills into Quickbooks
• Create and maintain an exceptional experience for all Resnick Roofing & Contracting (RRC) vendors via incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and interactions regarding A/P
• Cross-reference established vendor pricing to actual invoiced price

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• CPA is desirable
• Previous bookkeeping experience and understanding of accounting principles required
• Self-disciplined to create blocked calendar of daily schedule and strictly adhere
• Knowledge of relevant software applications including Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Dext

• Manage multiple tasks at one-time throughout the day
