Resnick Roofing & Contracting (RRC) is proud to announce they have recently completed a complete exterior renovation of their headquarters located at 5320 William Flynn Hwy in Gibsonia, PA 15044.
Resnick Roofing & Contracting LLC removed the old and dated stucco that was installed by the former owner of the building and finished the exterior with premium James Hardie Fiber Cement siding in the dramatic color of Shou Sugi Ban. RRC made the decision to use these materials to showcase this specific product offering to their customers. In addition to the new siding, a full parking lot re-pave was a requirement and RRC was able to partner with local contractor, Smullin Asphalt & Concrete LLC to provide an exceptional end result. Lastly, the final branding touches were applied to the building with a handcrafted Resnick Roofing & Contracting sign and installed by FASTSIGNS® who are located in Wexford, Pennsylvania. The result is an incredible and recognizable RRC brand which the local public has grown accustomed to in Gibsonia, PA.
RRC Headquarters keeps an extensive variety of samples on hand at their headquarters so customers can feel confident in their product choices prior to signing a contract. The staff tied to the sales process starts with an in-home consultation by one of their trained and certified Sales Professionals and continues with their amazing Customer Experience Managers and Project Controllers. The goal at RRC is ensuring the highest levels of communication. From start to finish, the dedicated team handles every aspect of your roofing, siding, or solar project. As an average 5.0 rated Google/Facebook, A+ BBB-rated company and a winner of the Angie’s List “Super Service Award,” their commitment to a five-star customer experience is clear!
“Embarrassingly enough, it took over 2 years to complete our exterior renovations. Frankly, our building renovation had to take the back seat as our customer’s siding projects were our focus. We simply could not pull away our dedicated crews. Now that we have trained and certified several additional crews with our most recent scaling efforts, we were finally able to provide our community with a building that represents our township appropriately.
As they continue to create a better curb appeal for their Headquarters on Route 8 on the border of Hampton and Pine Richland, they are excited to share the inside updates they have completed as well. More updates will be announced soon.
